Alexandre Bolteau, Chef at Les Ganivelles restaurant in Saint-Cyprien and member of the Toque blanche du Roussillon, creates gourmet, creative cuisine fusing Mediterranean flavors: fish ceviche with citrus fruits, fish and chips in beer batter, pulled pork burger with tzatziki... Raw, marinated, simmered, fried, a la planxa, or with daring combinations, our fresh produce is carefully selected and cooked on site according to the season.
Les Ganivelles invites you to enjoy a taste of conviviality during your stay. Nestling in a privileged setting overlooking the beach at Saint-Cyprien, the restaurant will be hosting several evening events from the moment it reopens. On the program: live music, world cuisine (Italian, Greek, Japanese, street food...) and a great atmosphere !

For a bike ride to discover Saint-Cyprien and the surrounding area, a day at the beach or a nature picnic, the restaurant prepares your gourmet basket. To take away, order the day before at reception.
Le “Pic-Nic” Les Bulles : 16€ : Classic sandwich “Le Français” (ham, butter, gherkins) or “Le Catalan” (Serrano ham, Pyrenean tome) or “Bowl maison” à la façon du Chef. Accompanied by vegetable chips, cheese or dairy product, seasonal fruit, bottle of water.
Le Catalan” regional basket : €30, a local sausage, a local cheese, a bottle of regional wine (75 cl), organic farmhouse bread, a local delicacy.
