Alexandre Bolteau, Chef at Les Ganivelles restaurant in Saint-Cyprien and Toque blanche du Roussillon member, creates a gourmet fusion of Mediterranean flavors: fish ceviche with citrus fruits, fish and chips in beer batter, pulled pork burger with tzatziki... Raw, marinated, simmered, fried, a la planxa, or with daring combinations, our products are carefully selected and cooked on site according to the season.

For a day out on your bike exploring Saint-Cyprien and the surrounding area, a day on the beach or a picnic out in nature, the restaurant can prepare a gourmet picnic hamper. Order your picnic the evening before from reception.
The Les Bulles “Picnic” €14 : Classic “Le Français” sandwich (ham, butter, pickles) or “Le Catalan” sandwich (Serrano ham, Pyrenean cheese) or a “home-made Bowl” created by the Chef. Served with vegetable crisps, cheese or dairy product, seasonal fruit, bottle of water.
